[texhax] Problem with accented characters in Opensans font

the t1 there is a reference to the 8bit font encoding known as T1 in latex.
As you are choosing to use macros written before there were fonts with
more than 127 characters
the  \' and similar macros in plain tex only work for the original
7-bit Tex encoding known as OT1
in latex, so the simplest thing to do would be to load

OpenSans-CondLight-ot1

instead.
