[texhax] Table of contents going missing.

Hello

I'm writing a LaTeX document using WinEdt and my Table of Contents
has gone missing from the output file (in both ps and pdf format).

The tex.file seems ok, but the .toc file is missing on the file folder.

I don't know if the uithesis1.sty file has some problems?

I am struggling this problem for a week.

tex file is thesis.tex.

If you have any answers or pointers as to what i can do to correct this.

I would appreciate it greatly.
