[texhax] Flagging when a \parindent falls at top of page (UNIV: Plain XeTeX)

I don't agree that a \parindent at this place is not needed. How
should the reader know that a new paragraph is starting (or not
starting) here if the parindent is missing? 

Beside this: While it is possible to mark such places with
\pdfsavepos as suggested by David -- I did this once for a customer
-- it is a pain in the ass too suppress the \parindent. There is no
automatic way, as removing the indent change the page break and so
you end in loops. So you have do it by inserting manually command:
compile, adapt the indent at the first place, recompile (as the
first changed could have changed the page break, go to the next
place and so one -- and if there is a small change in the text you
have to redo it.
