Lars, this mailing list is definitely the appropriate place to ask
such questions.

The question is not related to "TeX Live *production*" at all and you
already know that TL-2015 is frozen forever.  Why do you direct people
to the TeX Live mailing list though the question is not related to TL
*production* at all?

I'm amazed how much of their spare time people waste just to tell
others that they ask on the wrong list.
