[texhax] next regular issue of TUGboat -- October 3 deadline

Hi everyone -- just wanted to mention that the deadline for the next
regular issue of TUGboat is October 3.  Submissions would be very
welcome.  If you have ideas, questions, want to talk about it, whatever,
feel free to write us at tugboat at tug.org or me personally.  Our
general information for authors (including a template) is at
http://tug.org/TUGboat/location.html.

FYI, we're finishing up the TUG'14 proceedings issue now.
