Nobody wants it. This is the worst combination of incompatible fonts
I've ever seen. The size of Helvetica doesn't match the size of Times
and Courier doesn't match anything (except Helvetica Hairline, maybe).

As long as the stuff is maintained by Walter Schmidt you can be sure
that it exists forever and will never change.
