In this night update ntheorem was updated; however ntheorem.pdf and
README (in doc) remain old (of 2009) while ntheorem.sty contains
\def\filedate{2011/02/16}
\def\docdate{2011/02/16}
\def\fileversion{1.31}

Everything matches to CTAN.


An old error (reported earlier) was not fixed

In ntheorem.sty where emulation options for amsthm are (in particular
at lines 632-635)


 632 \gdef\th at definition{%
 633   \th at plain\def\theorem at headerfont{\normalfont\bfseries}\itshape}
 634 \gdef\th at nonumberdefinition{%
 635   \th at nonumberplain\def\theorem at headerfont{\normalfont\bfseries}\itshape}


should be \normalfont instead of \itshape as in amsthm
\theoremstyle{definition} implies bold header and normal (not italic)
body.
