[texhax] Dvipng error

Hello,
I am trying to create a equation editor and using Texlive 2009.
I am also using cyggwin on windows XP.

I am trying to create a image in png format hence using dvipng.
The dvi file is showing the right output but when i convert it to png using
dvipng filename.dvi
i am getting a png file which has only dot in it.

Also getting some error .
please see the screenshot attached for more details.
Please help me with this as I have spent too much time on this and didn't
find any solution.
I am new to Tex concepts.

Please help me with this.
