[texhax] A line-breaking problem

Hi to all TeX users.

I'm attaching test.tex including two paragraphs, identical except that the
second has an `\allowbreak' that the first doesn't have.  The first paragraph
looks ugly, the second looks fine thanks to the presence of `\allowbreak'.

I wish I could avoid that `\allowbreak': I don't understand why TeX prohibits
itself breaking the line there and how to avoid that prohibition.

Please process the file with: `tex test'.
