[texhax] Simply hyper reference question

Heiko,

Thanks for the reply.  I did not see how using Ghostscript would tell
me whether or not a printed .pdf document would display links as
underlined or provide some other indication to a reader.  Even the
colorlinks option was not obvious in the printed version.  I finally
used the \underline command once I returned from travel and could
print a page.
