[texhax] LaTeX3e manual?

Hello,

just a quick question - does the LaTeX3e manual exist?

I'm still using

LATEX: Structured documents for TEX
unofficial LATEX reference manual
version 2.0, June 2008

which relates to LaTeX2e.

I looked for \centerline statement in it, but there was none. Maybe this is due to LaTeX3e manual being used.

But I'm not able to find any newer version of the manual...
