[texhax] Strange formatting.

Line-1 has no descenders; \baselineskip is inadequate
and TeX is having to fall back on \lineskip.
You should increase \baselineskip to match \Huge.

Caveat emptor : the terminology used herein is Plain TeX;
LaTeX probably has other terms for these concepts.
