[texhax] Bug in bookmark?

This morning I noticed that bookmarks stopped to be clickable. Little
experiments show that  bookmark (2010/04/03 v1.10) is faulty:

\documentclass[12t]{article}
\usepackage{bookmark}

\usepackage{hyperref}
\begin{document}

\section{One}

\newpage

\section{Two}
\end{document}

Commenting it out resolves the problem albeit for me generates an error


l.147 \bookmarksetup
                    {startatroot}

in

\backmatter
\bookmarksetup{startatroot}
\printindex%{book_new.idx}
