Download the file ProTeXt-2.2-071608.exe or a later version with a
similar name.  it is a large file.  Save to a temporary director and
run then file.  This is a self extracting archive and will create a
subdirectory called protext-2.2. (As the file is large this may take
some time). In that subdirectory run setup.exe.  Confirm the
installation language and select next.  This will open the
installation pdf and you can print it from this window.

You will also find a copy in the subdirectory ....\ProTeXt-2.2\Install.
