[texhax] Query on MikTeX2.5 ""ERROR : Windows API error 53""

Hi,

My name is George and I'm a PhD student. The last couple of days 
LaTeX came into my life but unfortunately i didn't have the chance to 
explore it as much as i wanted. I keep receiving an error (latex.exe: 
Windows API error 53: The network path was not found), which doesnt 
allow me to further proceed. Does it have to do with the location 
where my .txt file is saved? If you;ve come across this query again 
I'd really appreciate if you could provide me with some of your feedback.
