[texhax] Fig Referencing

Greetings

I am a false beginner - please be gentle on terminology.

 

Need to do:

Here is an extract of the code - simply to load a graph from PDF. (file was
originally created in excel but now exported to PDF). The loading of Figure
is successful.

 

My problem: Figure in my latex document does not show the reference. I
cross-referenced the Figure in latex doc - this cross-ref shows fine. What
do I need to do make my Figure display a ref code - generated by <
\label{A:Fig3} > - see below.

\includegraphics[width=5.1in]{OECDPov2}

\end{center}
