If you want to print on A4 paper, it looks correct. Your name sounds
Spanish and the time stamp in your mail also indicates that you are
in Europe. Thus I think A4 paper is ok for you.
The output of pdfinfo looks good and I suppose that you get what you
want if you ask the guys at the printing shop to disable scaling.
Maybe it's useful to run "pdflatex testpage" and give them the
resulting PDF file. If it appears correctly in AR and they are not
able to print it properly they probably can be convinced easier that
they do something wrong.
