[texhax] Link to references does not point to correct page

Hello all.

I am writing a text, and I use the hyperlink package (and pdflatex).
In the TOC, the link to the "References" section does not point to the
correct page (in this case, the last one of the file), but to the page
where the last section (or subsection) before the references starts.
Has anyone seen this before?
