[texhax] boldface Arial math font

Is there a boldface version of the Arial or San Serif fonts available in 
math mode...or a way to produce one?  I know there is \mathsf but there 
does not seem to be a boldface version of this font as 
\mathbf{mathsf{X}} does not produce a boldface font.
I need this type of font in math mode in order to properly format 
matrices following a specific journal style.
