[texhax] pdfpages: flip some pages

I got an electronic copy of a document from a library source that flipped 
very other page upside down in my pdf.  I don't have any fancy pdf tools 
so I was hoping to use the pdfpages package to correct the document, but 
it only supports rotation for landscaping.  Is there an alternative?
