I have write permissions ot the entire texlive tree. So that is not
the solution. The problem is with fonts where the tfm name is not the
same as the pfb name. I don't know why there are so many such
combinations listed in pdftex.map. I see no use for these lines. The
tfm does not exist and there is no easy way to generate it.
