[texhax] \ref for diagrams

Well, that was simple.  Thanks!  Just what I needed.

> \vcenter{\xymatrix{...}}

This does look better; the alternatives I tried all gave me way too  
much empty space above and below the diagram.

I notice the equation number shows up on the first line of the  
diagram.  Is there a way of getting it vertically centered?
