[texhax] asterisk before reference list

Right, it's actually pretty simple: in SUGconf.cls you need to change

              {\large\bfseries\uppercase} %       %style
to 
              {\large\bfseries\uppercase}%       %style

Pretty dumb on the part of whoever wrote the class file!
