TeX doesn't natively grok Unicode.

A good list of the natively available symbols is:

To use Unicode directly you need a variant such as Omega, Aleph or  
XeTeX, but you'll still need to find a font which has this symbol which  
can be used from one of these.

Instead, you can find a font which has this symbol and install that.  
Read the PSNFSS, Fontinst docs and Philipp Lehman's _The Font  
Installation Guide_
