[texhax] Is it possible to use xymtex with plain TeX?

I'm a plain TeX user, and wish to use the xymtex package
with plain TeX. Is it possible?
I'm afraid it's only destinated to LaTeX.
On xymtex official website I couldn't find any address
where to ask for help.
Does anyone have an answer?
