Probably the best thing you can do is hire some grad student (best bet
will be one in Computer Science or Math) at your local university.  I'm
sure that the secretaries will be willing to forward your request to all
students.  If it doesn't have TOO complex of formulas, or figures, etc,
you may offer $50 (or make it negociable).  There is not a student I know
who would turn down some easy beer money for a quick tex job.
