[texhax] online latex compiler?

    Are there any online resources/centers/sites where I'm able to upload
    and then compile a latex document, and finally download the processed
    PDF/PS file?

I heard about a Japanese site that has a trial run feature, but I don't
have a url.  Sorry, I know that's pretty useless information ...

There are some security issues with setting it up.  Nothing
life-threatening, really, but it should at least run in a chroot
environment to avoid being able to read /etc/passwd and the like.
So it's not entirely trivial to do.
