[texhax] BibTex for mac OS 10.3

I am using a Macintosh with system Mac OS 10.3, but
the only BibTex software that I am able to get is
running on Mac OS 9.... (going back to 1999 or before)
I would like to know if there is something of more
recent, suitable for mac OS 10.3
