[texhax] running heads on blank pages

You have to add in the class file the following command:
\newcommand{\clearemptydoublepage}{\newpage{\pagestyle{empty}\cleardoublepage}}
and to replace in the chapter command the \cleardoublepage by
\clearemptydoublepage
