[texhax] Using captions in longtables

As the longtable documentation explains, \caption is actually set as a
\multicolumn and so one could just insert space before with \\ adusting the
spacing with eg \\[1ex] or \\[-1ex], or (probably better) something like

  \caption{\vrule height\baselineskip It is a caption}

works well.
