[texhax] Zapf Chancery (too large)

I find the statement that in Anthony Goreham's view the Zapf Chancery 
fonts are too large and that in the FAQ, he gives a recipe for reducing 
them.  In the FAQ site

I find details on how to build an fd file, but nothing about reducing the 
size.  Can someone point me to information on the best way to make the 
fonts somewhat smaller.
