[texhax] Could an announcement list be set up?

There are plenty of postings to announcement lists at

	hypertex-announce at aps.org
	tetex-announce at informatik.uni-hannover.de
	tetex-announce at majordomo.informatik.uni-hannover.de

in the TeX mail archives at

	http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/tex/mail

but none to tex-announce at math.utah.edu.  I'm pretty sure that we never
hosted such a list here at Utah.

It might be reasonable to create

	tex-announce at tug.org

with unlimited subscriptions, but strictly limited posting, to hold
down the traffic.
