[texhax] nested lists with out top sep

\@noparitemtrue is the command you're after; place it before calling
the enclosed list environment.  (also surround definition that uses it
with \makeatletter / other)

> {\end{list}\setcounter{123listcolonstylectr}{0}}

perhaps replacing that \indent?  (what's it for?)
