[texhax] BSD and TeX/LaTeX????

Hello,

I am thinking of switching to FreeBSD and wonder about what problem might arise in connection to TeX/LaTeX.

I tried FreeBSD:s website but i didn´t find much info there relevant to my problem.

Does TeXLive work on a BSD-platform and if so is it the case that one dist of BSD is better than the others concerning running TeXLive.
