[texdoc] braille package

Hello,

as you might know, I'm currently working through the list of non-PDF manuals. At the moment “texdoc braille” shows braille/summary.dvi, but it might be better to prefer braille/braille.html because the latter is closer to what I'd call “manual”, and everyone is supposed to have a web browser.
I think texdoc should prefer the file X.html over Y.pdf (where Y ≠ X) when asked for the manual for package X.
