[tex4ht] [bug #316] spurious character <A0> in html4.4ht cause tex4ht to fail in TL 2016

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #316 (project tex4ht):

It seems to be my fault, I somehow managed to introduce non-breaking space
character to the source code. I've just fixed the sources.
