[tex4ht] custom names of the generated HTML files

If we stick to the default generated names of HTML files, how can one
obtain the name of the HTML file, where the section will go? E.g.
Processing the file signal.tex, cutting it at chapters, I would like the
individual chapters to contain the text "This file is signalch1.html",
where the string "signalch1" is automatically generated.
Thanks for any advice.
Kind regards,
Jaroslav
