[tex4ht] converting LaTeX to OpenOffice

Thanks for the updates to tex4ht and related suggestions.  I updated  
via TeX Live Manager and modified the <ooxtpipes> section of tex4ht.env.

I'm now seeing further processing and an additional directory, but I  
don't yet have the OpenOffice file (odt).  I get similar results with  
the minimal test file or with sample2e.tex.  I'm running Windows XP.

Now, I see a warning:

System call: cd    sxw-test.dir & zip -r -m  test.zip * & cd ..
'zip' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
System return: 0
System call: move sxw-test.dir\test.zip test.odt
The system cannot find the file specified.
--- Warning --- System return: 1

I checked in C:\texlive\2010\bin\win32
and there is no zip.exe on either of my two computers.
