[tex4ht] Error in processing file with references

I have set up my CV in LaTeX, and am attempting to convert the
references and stuff back to Word, using the tex4ht approach.

 

I use biblatex and biber to process the file.



The .aux file after processing with biber contains lines like these:

I am following instructions from various places which suggest that I do:

 

 

mk4ht oolatex patcv.tex

 

 

I get the following error:

 

! LaTeX Error: Missing \begin{document} in `'.

 

See the LaTeX manual or LaTeX Companion for explanation.

Type  H <return>  for immediate help.

Note that the error above changes as mk4ht processes the .aux file, as
it rewrites the file.

Note that the use of the q command to the run window gets it to run, and
then opening the file in MS Word actually has a sort-of converted file.
