[tex4ht] Most compatible version (my opinion).

UNRESTRICTED | ILLIMITÉ
In the end I decided that the most cross-browser compatible way of doing things in TeX4ht is to use:
htlatex test
Using xml and or mathml help make things shorter and faster, but the result is not compatible on all browsers
(without resorting to the use of plugins) and the result looks the best, in spite of the fact that the more
complicated material is displayed using lossy images.
Comments welcome!
