xdvipdfmx is broken after Update

After todays update of dvipdfmx.win32 (on windows 10)
xelatex can no longer handle some math fonts:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{unicode-math}

\begin{document}
\[ \int \] 
\end{document}

fails with a fatal error:

xdvipdfmx:fatal: Charsets data not available 
No output PDF file written.

Restoring the backup resolved the problem.
