Well, it actually worked but only with some playing around ;-) I did
some tricks to disable the button when a continent/country was selected,
but that wasn't a good idea.

I commited changes so that now whatever you put in there you can press
OK.

One Warning: due to the current downloader setup, putting in something
unusable will hang tlmngr for a *long* time (retry count = 10, timeout =
30sec,...). I hope I can fix that before release.
