Or provide a translatable string such as:

  If you are here, that's because something goes wrong. Please report to
  ... with the following message.

and now follows the untranslated message in English.

Needless to say, "Please report to ... with the following message" could
be replaced by "If you ask help somewhere about this trouble, please
provide the following message".
