dvisvgm-2.6.2-tl-pretest: embedded image upside-down in resulting SVG

This is indeed a bug introduced with dvisvgm 2.4. I've tracked down the 
issue and think it's almost fixed. The changes need some further 
testing, though. I'm a bit busy at the moment but hope to finish the 
patch next weekend.
