Suggestion to make "-gui tcl" default installer option (at least on macOS)

Because there were indications that my installation was not in very best
order (e.g. it was lacking the texlive.profile file) I did uninstall and
reinstall. I saw a new gui but I didn't see this phenomenon (kinda crash
in the very end) again. Probably it's in the column "not reproducible"
and, therefore, not worth worrying about it any longer.
