Relative paths with windows path separator does not work in TeXlive2019.

In the recent releases, the support of 8.3 names, like test-t~1.tex,
was removed. Thus pdftex test-t~1 does not work.
Please don't use short names.

For the directory separator, please use forward slash "/".
