Luahblatex coming and going

Hi,

I have noticed that recently luahblatex has been coming and going on my system, 
as tlmgr was installing newer versions of some packages (probably luahbtex and 
the scripts).  Currently, I can not find it, a few days ago it was OK.  The same 
is happining with luajittex and luajitlatex. Is the building of the latex format 
with luahbtex and luajittex expected to happen on TL 2019?
