[tex-live] tlmgr update problem

Norbert, hello.
I think something must be wrong on my system, since I always get the same
message about the compressed data being corrupted.
This time I chose to update one package (ptex-base) rather than all to have
a shorter log.
In the log I find the line:
[1/1, ??:??/??:??] update: ptex-base [1969k] (45140 -> 48432) ... xz:
(stdin): Compressed data is corrupt
which is also present in all my previous tries, although, just before the
log shows:
