[tex-live] Update error texliove 2017

I've seen that one as well the other day on Win10.

Did not seem to bother WIn10 or TL

Basically it is just saying that I was not able to delete a registry from Windows while removing the mentioned executable from TL.

today I experienced an error while updating via tlmgr running in admin.mode:

Failure to delete HKLM/Software/Classes/TL.bitmap2eps.convert.2017/
done

What shall I do?
