[tex-live] I don't know how open a TeX file.

Dear Carles,
.tex is not a generally known extension. It is a plain gtext file yet it is
not guaranteed that it will always have a MIME type of text/plain. Even if
you have a specialized editor for TeX installed, it is possible that
association will not be found. On my Linux computer it is sometimes opened
in TeXmaker, sometimes it cannot be opend and I have to save it to my local
disk. Anyway, even if you manage to open it directly from the e-mail in
some IDE, the permission might not allow you to process the file. You
almost always have to save the file to your disk.
